下屬的一個失誤令身為上司的鄭凱（黎明 飾）事業(yè)陷入困境停滯不前，不僅如此，他還得承擔(dān)下屬造成的巨額損失。郁悶至極的鄭凱只能借酒消愁，在酩酊大醉之際，一位陌生的黑車司機(jī)（耿樂 飾）將鄭凱送回了家并且留下了電話，此時的鄭凱并不知道，這名神秘的男子，將徹底改變他的一聲?！ 『谲囁緳C(jī)反常的態(tài)度和瘋狂的舉動令鄭凱感到不寒而栗，他并不記得自己和此人說了什么，那一夜兩人又經(jīng)歷了什么。沒過多久，一直為難鄭凱的上司突然慘死，而鄭凱則成為了警方重點懷疑的對象，只有鄭凱知道，這一切和黑車司機(jī)有著脫不清的干系，而隨著時間的推移，黑車司機(jī)已經(jīng)在不知不覺中來到了他的身邊。
