廣瀨由美（后藤久美子 飾）被確診患上了白血病，只剩下半年的生命了。母親友子（三田佳子 飾）為了能夠讓由美在幸福中走完一生，于是拜托由美非常仰慕的大學(xué)男子上條明（仲村亨 飾），希望他能夠以戀人的身份陪伴在由美的身邊?！ ∠奶靵?lái)臨之際，病情一直很平穩(wěn)的由美，暈倒在了學(xué)校里，此時(shí)的上條恰恰好不在她的身旁。之后，由美休了學(xué)，決定前往輕井澤療養(yǎng)。本來(lái)只是為了完成任務(wù)的上條，在和由美的相處之中漸漸的真心愛上了這個(gè)單純爛漫的可憐女孩，但這段感情注定是絕望的，要以死亡來(lái)做句讀。
