故事發(fā)生在1897年的美國(guó)西部，青年科菲（卡爾·蓋瑞 Karl Geary 飾）正在經(jīng)歷自己一生中最美好的時(shí)光——他即將迎娶自己心愛(ài)的女孩。不幸的是，噩耗傳來(lái)了，未婚妻一家人在不明物體的襲擊中全部喪命，場(chǎng)面混亂，死狀甚慘。在這樣殘酷的現(xiàn)實(shí)面前，悲憤交加的科菲發(fā)誓不找到兇手誓不罷休。
