佐伯家的悲剧，就如同一个遭受了最恶毒诅咒后永远无法摆脱的怪圈，所有无意中与之建立联系的人们全被卷入了死亡和恐怖的漩涡之中。年轻教师生野结衣（佐佐木希 饰）临时接到通知，顶替某个突然辞职的老师担任三年级某班的班主任。由于班上的孩子佐伯俊雄（小林飒 饰）长时间缺课，她下班后登门拜访，却见到了神情恍惚、阴森可怖的女主人伽椰子（最所美咲 饰），而她由此被厄运缠身。胆大包天的高中女生莉奈、小葵、弥生（黑岛结菜 饰）硬拉着胆小的女孩七海（特林德尔?玲奈 饰）闯入传说中闹鬼的佐伯家探险，她们注定为此付出惨痛的代价。
