忙碌了一天的精神病院監(jiān)護(hù)區(qū)的年輕護(hù)士凱倫（Ilona Elkin 飾），乘坐最后一班地鐵回家。然而地鐵卻在隧道中間突然停下，緊接著一場(chǎng)血腥大屠殺降臨車(chē)廂之中。一群狂熱的信徒打著拯救靈魂的旗號(hào)向乘客們展開(kāi)殘酷殺戮，凱倫和其他幸存者僥幸逃出車(chē)廂，不過(guò)那群嗜血者仍殺氣騰騰地緊隨其后。在沒(méi)有一絲光線(xiàn)的隧道中，生與死的大逃亡就此拉開(kāi)序幕…… 本片榮獲2007年奧斯汀奇幻電影節(jié)Next Wave Special Jury獎(jiǎng)、2007年幻想亞洲電影節(jié)最佳歐美影片獎(jiǎng)。
