綦美（嘉佳 饰）、丹妮（杜小米 饰）与奈青（王妍苏 饰）是三个有着不同职业的女孩，她们在一幢大楼上班，伹却互不认识，由于在各自单位中工作极不顺心，不谋而合地到迪厅渲泄心中的郁闷。不舞不相识的三个女孩感叹人心不古、世事无常。通过相互倾诉各自的遭遇，姑娘们思想上达成一致，她们决定不向邪恶低头，联手向不良上司发起挑战。她们精心布局，綦美单位经常欺凌她的“水蛇腰”首遭重创，遭咸猪手骚扰的丹妮终于出了心中的恶气，处处与奈青对着干的“歪眼镜”也受到应有的惩罚。正当姑娘们举杯庆贺旗开得胜时，三个龌龊的“倒霉蛋”伺机开始报复。
